As well as the finely crushed ice for traditional Italian “granita”, IC-IT-0002 can also produce cubes in larger sizes for cocktails or to decorate cold served dishes or for display.

The IC-IT-0002 pays very close attention to operator safety with the addition of a safety microswitch on the feed throat and on the
streamlined ice container. Quality is guaranteed by the large sized throat in anodized aluminium, stainless steel small parts and components, the structure in aluminium and steel, the streamlined cover design and thermoformed plastic ice tray suitable for food use.

High production standards are guaranteed by the 350 W motor, protected from stress provoked by the processor by a ribbed belt for low power absorption.
