Product Description
The Duke E102-E “E” Series double section convection oven has a stainless exterior front, and painted side panels and top. The back and sides are fully insulated with 1-1/2″ thick insulation and the top has 3″ of insulation top for maximum efficiency. This model is electric.
Convection ovens result in faster cooking times, hence increasing output. The Duke E102-E commercial convection oven also uses less energy than a traditional oven. So faster cooking, more output and energy savings. Each section has 5 racks and is powered by a 40,000 BTU high output atmospheric burner system. This unit is designed for reliable and even heat distribution. Operates from 200 – 500 F degrees via a dial type thermostat.
Other features include a 1 hour timer with buzzer, double pane glass windows in both doors, 2-speed fan and casters. This unit can be serviced completely from the front. Limited 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
Note: Shown with optional casters, sold separately. Comes with 8″ legs, angular made of stainless steel with feet that are adjustable.
