The standard Cleavers are designed for chopping through thin and soft bone. The Chinese Style Cleavers are also suited for chopping vegetables. Cleavers are not used for cutting through thick, hard bones _ instead, it is recommended that you use a band saw, or a manual bone handsaw. BLADE SIZE: Approx. 3 1/4” wide
