The Duke 59-E4 double convection oven consists of two half-size decks. For durability in high-volume environments, this unit’s exterior is constructed of stainless steel. It’s mounted on legs that stand 16 inches tall, elevating the ovens to a convenient height for cleaning and servicing.

The Duke 59-E4 convection oven has a snap-action thermostat with a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a 60-minute dial timer that lets users know the cooking cycle is over with a continuous buzzer. This unit is equipped with stainless steel doors that have glass panels so users can monitor products while they bake.
